During our next meeting, we will explore the topic of self-discipline. Self-discipline is managing yourself effectively, requiring a willingness to endure present discomfort for future rewards. This meeting will also feature a special guest speaker: Berry Tramel, a Tulsa World columnist, Sports Animal Radio personality, and Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Famer.
