Elisa Nelson Elementary is Pinellas County Public School located in Palm Harbor, FL and is home to a full time Center for Gifted Studies and Center for Literacy Innovation Programs. It only takes a few minutes and there is no charge. We do encourage all parents to get Level 2 clearance! ** Please check in at the front office with your driver’s license the morning of the meetings. You will then go to the Hub with your student(s)**
