Booker T. Washington Elementary School's ALL PRO DAD Chapter is a vibrant community of fathers, father-figures, and mentors who come together to support their children's academic and personal growth. Championed by the Lexington Leadership Foundation’s Fatherhood Initiative, this group meets for 30 minutes on the last Friday of each month to share a light breakfast, enjoy fun activities, and engage in meaningful conversations that strengthen the bond between dads and their children. Whether you're a dad, stepdad, grandfather, godfather, or another caring male role model, you're welcome here. Research consistently shows that when fathers are actively involved in their child’s education, both the child and the school thrive. Join us in making a lasting impact—one morning, one conversation at a time.
